Welcome to DENDO Private Limited. By using our mobile application (“DENDO App”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Eligibility 55

  • You must be 18 years or older to use the app.

  • By registering, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and complete.


2. Account & Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP login.

  • DENDO will not be liable for unauthorized use of your account.

  • Users must provide a valid phone number and address to place orders.


3. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders once placed cannot be modified but may be cancelled as per cancellation policy.

  • Delivery time shown is an estimate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor availability.

  • In case of unsuccessful delivery (wrong address, unresponsive customer), the order may be marked as Cancelled/Returned.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

  • Payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.


5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are processed as per Refund Policy within 5–7 business days.

  • Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability of items, vendor rejection, or system issues.

  • DENDO reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the amount.


6. User Responsibilities

  • Do not misuse the app for fraudulent activities.

  • Respect delivery partners and vendors. Any abusive behavior may lead to account suspension.

  • You must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.


7. Data & Privacy

  • Your personal information will be used as per our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the app, you consent to receiving SMS, calls, and push notifications related to orders and offers.


8. Prohibited Uses

  • Attempting to copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.

  • Using the platform for resale, black marketing, or unauthorized activities.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • DENDO is only a facilitator between users, vendors, and delivery partners.

  • We are not responsible for the quality, taste, or freshness of food/grocery provided by vendors.

  • In case of disputes, DENDO’s liability is limited to the order value.


10. Changes & Updates

  • DENDO reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the app implies acceptance of updated policies.
