At DENDO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains the terms under which customers can request refunds, replacements, or cancellations for orders placed through the DENDO User App.
Customers can cancel an order before it is accepted by the vendor/store.
Once the vendor has started preparing the order or a delivery partner is assigned, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is allowed, the refund will be initiated as per the payment method used.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
❌ Order canceled by the vendor or DENDO due to unavailability of items.
🚚 Order not delivered due to delivery partner issues.
🕒 Significant delay in delivery beyond the promised time (case-by-case review).
🥡 Wrong or incomplete order delivered.
💳 Duplicate payment made by the customer.
⚠️ Note: Refunds are not provided for personal dislikes, minor delays, or change of mind once food/grocery is prepared/packed.
Refunds for digital payments (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be issued as DENDO Wallet credits or through bank transfer (on request) within 7–10 working days.
If some items are missing or unavailable, a partial refund will be processed.
Refund will reflect only for the undelivered items, not for the full order.
Orders delivered in good condition as per the receipt.
Delays caused due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or unreachable phone number.
Food quality/taste concerns (handled directly by the vendor, not DENDO).
In case of any refund-related disputes:
Contact support@dendo.store within 24 hours of order delivery.
Provide order ID, payment details, and reason for refund request.
DENDO’s decision will be final after verification with vendors & delivery partners.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be notified via app or email.
